城镇地籍数据库的质量控制

城镇地籍数据库质量的好坏,很大比例取决于建库数据的质量。本文以烟台市牟平区第二次城镇土地调查及信息系统建设项目为例,分析了城镇地籍数据库建设中数据采集、数据转换等过程中的误差来源,并且阐述了利用FME、Arcgis软件对图形中的拓扑关系进行处理及利用SQL_Server程序语言对数据库进行全面检查的具体方法,建立了相应的工作流程,有效地控制了数据库的质量。使用该工作流程可以在数据库检查工作中提高工作效率,为相关部门提供必要的参考。

The Quality Control of Urban Cadastral Database

The quality of urban cadastral database depends on the quality of database construction to a great extent. Taking the second land survey and information system construction of Muping District of Yantai City as an example, this paper analyses the error source of data acquisition and data conversion in urban cadastral database construction, elaborates on the concrete method of using FME and ArcGIS software to process the topological relationship of images and using SQL Server language to carry out overall inspection of data- base, sets up corresponding workflow, and controls database quality effectively. The application of the workflow can improve the effi- ciency of database inspection and provide necessary reference to related department.
