| 摘 要： | 介绍了基于MapServer平台的商丘市地名公共服务系统的建设和实现,针对传统地名管理模式存在的问题,综合运用数据库技术、WebGIS等技术实现了地名管理数字化,建成了商丘地名数据库和地名发布服务系统,为商丘民政管理部门提供了有效的地名管理平台,满足了公众对地名信息的需要。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the construction and realization of geographical name public service system based on MapServer platform in Shangqiu regions,digitizes geographic name management using database technique and WebGIS technique in the light of the problems in conventional geographical name management,sets up Shangqiu geographic name database and geographic name publication system,provides effective geographic name management platform for Shangqiu civil administration department,and meets the public requirement of geographical name information. |
