| 摘 要： | 为保证高层建筑物的正常使用寿命和建筑物的安全性,在对其施工中,根据施工进度必须按规定对其进行沉降观测。本文对高层建筑的沉降原因、观测精度和频率的确定、基准网点及观测点布设、观测方法等方面进行了讨论,并根据观测实例进行变形分析。

| Abstract: | In order to ensure the safety of high-rise buildings,settlement must be observed according to the schedule under construction.The paper discusses causes of high-rise building settlement,the observation accuracy,frequency certainty,reference net point and observation point placement and observation method,and finally conducts the deformation analysis based on the observation. |
