摘    要:总结了参加1991 ̄1995年间3次水灾遥感监测与评估科学实验所取得的结果,并结合国情分析,提出进一步发挥航天遥感作用,航天与航空相结合,建立一个花费较少,切实可行,能满足水灾实时监测与快速评估需要的设想。

Abstract:The three experiments of the flood mornitoring and assessment using remote sensing technology during the period from 1991 to 1995 are reviewed,and the results of the experiments are summaried.Based on the analysis of Chinese national conditions,authors present a tentative plan,which is to build up a low cost, implemental and available operation system to satisfy the request of real-time mornitoring and fast-turnaround evaluation of flood damage with more effective space-born remote sensing application.
