| 摘 要： | 结合石河子棉花专业气象台的具体情况，就短期气候预测中对棉花有密切相关的气象因子，用面向对象的智能开发工具软件“飞腾MIS99”，建立一套适合业务流程的、建立在Windows95(98)操作平台上的“棉花气象服务数据库”信息管理查询系统。
