| Abstract: | Three River Source Area is the sources of three of Asia's largest rivers-the Changjiang (Yangtze river), the Huang he (Yellow fiver) and the Lancangjiang (Upper Mekong) river located on the south of Qinghai plateau. However, in last few decades. Large area of forest and vegetation have been destroyed. Conserve ability for Water resources in the area is rapidly declining. Huanghe has been dried for seven times recent year. So far, 25% of Yangzi fiver has been contaminated. Conservation and Protection of Water Sources in the Three River Source Area is nowadays vital important for down-street area'sustainable development.
Establishing the law on water resources protection zones, water compensate law and carrying out the Forestgrass Conservation and Protection plan has been discussed. |
