摘    要:建立了多指标灰色关联度工程项目评标决策模型。实际算例计算结果表明,该模型物理意义明确,与评标思维过程一致,比灰色关联投影法具有更高的分辩程度,有利于实际评标的操作。

Abstract:Based on the decision-making character of the multiple-attribute system,a linear transformation operator on [-1,1] is used for initializing attribute data.By this method,the positive and negative precepts are found,and a decision making model of multiple-attribute gray incidence for appraisal bid is established.With a practical example,the model is shown to be concise,effective and feasible,comparing with existing models.
