| 摘 要： | 针对当前房地产信息系统中数据管理方面存在的安全问题，探讨了数字水印技术在保护版权数据方面的应用，并采用三库分离技术建立数据库，通过对数据库加密保障其安全，利用动态生成授权机制进行权限管理保证系统安全，构建了基于IP Sec和SSL相结合的房地产信息系统虚拟专用网络安全体系。结合在衡阳市房地产信息系统中的具体应用，表明以上技术能够较全面的保障房地产数据的安全。

| Abstract: | In view of the security issues of data management in real estate information system, discussed digital watermarking technology for copyright protection of data, adopted three-separation technology to build the database, introducing database encryption to protect its security, used dynamically generated authorization mechanism to achieve rights control to ensure system security, and construted the virtual private network security system based on IP Sec and SSL. The above measures has been a very good application in Hengyang city real estate information system, and it shows that a comprehensive security management in real estate information. |
