全国土地利用变更调查数据汇总与分析系统建设

依法开展土地调查,是国土资源管理的一项重要任务。为保持土地调查资料的现势性和客观性,需要建立以现代信息技术为技术支撑的土地利用变更调查信息系统,实现对年度土地利用变更调查数据存储、处理、分析等一体化管理,为国家和政府制定宏观计划、进行科学决策提供基础信息服务。本文针对土地利用变更调查工作的特点和实际需要,按照先进性和实用性等原则,设计开发了数据汇总与分析系统。

Construction of Data Gathering and Analysis System for National Land Use Changes Survey

Carrying out land survey according to the law is an important task of land and resources administration. For the purpose of keeping the land survey data up-to-date and objective, it is necessary to construct a modern information technology supported land use changes information system, so as to realize the integrated management of land use changes data storage, processing and analysis, and provide basic information services for our government' s macro planning and scientific decision. In this paper, the data gathering and analysis system is designed and developed based on principles of advancement and utility according to the characteristics and actual demand of the land use changes survey.
