| 摘 要： | 本文对战后高速经济增长时期日本政府解决农业和农村问题的对策及其制定对策的背境、对策实施的效果及其演变等，按时间线索进行了介绍与分析评价，借鉴日本的经验才识有助于我们从理论和实践上去审视和探索我国现代化过程中解决农业与农村问题的若干对策措施。
