| 摘 要： | 历史上长江洪涝灾害发生的特点是越到近期越频繁，其原因有自然的，也有人为的，其中人为的原因是造成水灾频率增加的最重要的因素。因此，要减弱长江水灾发生的频率，就必须综合治理水土流失、控制人口增长、实施高科技减灾工程，从而实现长江流域社会经济的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | The characters of the floods of the Changjiang River are that the occurance of the floods are more and more frequent in recent years There are several causes,some of which are natural But the arfificial causes are the most important factors Therefore,in order to reduce the frequency of the occurance of the floods,we must try our best to put the loss of water and erosion of soil under control,reduce the birth rate and make diverdsion works high science and technology And then realize the sustainable development of the social economy of the Changjiang River Valley |
