甘肃时段暴雨主要统计参数的水平分布规律研究

甘肃是一个干旱同时又是暴雨多发的省份。通过介绍与暴雨关系密切的甘肃自然地理概况，选用甘肃境内及其周边700个雨量站的观测资料，在统计计算10min、60min、6h、24h、3d这5个时段在每个时段的多年平均时段最大暴雨量和变差系数的基础上，研究了5个时段的两个主要统计参数在甘肃省境内的水平分布规律。对甘肃及其周边干旱地区的公路铁路建设、暴雨洪水集蓄利用、水土保持和防洪减灾等具有重要意义。

Study on the Horizontal Distribution of the Main Statistical Parameters of Rainstorms in Gansu Province in 5 Durations

Droughts and rainstorms occur frequently in Gansu Province, rainstorms, however, are the important sources of water resources in this arid region. In this paper, the general geophysical conditions closely related to the occurrence of rainstorms in Gansu Province are introduced, the statistical data of the multi-year average maximum rainfall of rainstorms in 10 minutes, 60 minutes, 6 hours, 24 hours and 3 days are obtained, their C v values are calculated, and the horizontal distribution of the 2 main statistical parameters in these 5 durations are researched. These are of significance for the construction of the highways and railways, storage and utilization of rainstorm floodwater, water and soil conservation, etc. in Gansu province and its peripheral regions. Meanwhile, rainstorms are the main sources of floods, flood disasters occur frequently in some regions of Gansu Province, and some big losses are caused by flood disasters every year. Therefore, it is of significance for preventing and controlling flood disasters and reducing the flood-caused losses to research the horizontal distribution of the main statistical parameters of rainstorms.
