摘    要:从现代沉积物到前寒武纪的沉积岩中都发现有氨基酸的存在。关于它们的组成、含量及其地质意义在许多文献中都曾涉及到,特别是对近代各种环境沉积中的氨基酸及其在成岩作用过程中的变化,已经积累了相当多的分析资料。本文对以渤海第三纪沉积盆地为主的我国东部地区中新生代泥质岩样品进行了氨基酸的分析,并初步讨论了这些分析结果与沉积环境的关系。

Abstract:The Amino acids in mudstone samples taken from different environments in some sedimentary basins of Eastern part of China were analysed by gas chromatographic method and the relationship between the amino acid geochemistry and the sedimentary environments was discussed.The amino acids are alanine,valine,glicine,isoleueine,alloisoleucine,β-alanine,leucine,threonine,proline,serine,γ-ABA,methionine,hydro-xyproline,phenylalaiiiue,aspartic acid,ornithine and lycine.It is shown that there is no kind of protein amino acid composition to specify a given environment.However,the composition and distribution of the amino acids of mudstones in delta or river environments is of great variation and the content of amino acids is low.In contrast,for mudstones of a lagoon environment of Bohai basin the composition and distribution of protein amino acids is quite stable and the content of amino acids is high.For non-protein amino acids β-alanine and γ-ABA can be found nearly in all analyzed samples.It is interesting that more than ten un-known compounds were discovered in the mudstones located in the above-mentioned lagoon.They are probably non-protein amino acids or amino sugars.
