摘    要:
金坛盐矿茅13井设计为定向斜井,井长1 230m直井段深870m,对接连通溪3井I2盐层,两井相距295m,对接点深1 003m,采用受控定向钻进工艺施工.在钻探施工中,设计井身为三开结构,并合理配备钻探及造斜专用设备,为防止井斜,采用塔式钟摆钻具组合.并根据井内岩层情况和不同施工阶段,合适选用钻压、转速和泵量,配制不同的钻井液.采用高精度的DST随钻测斜仪和最小曲率法计算钻孔轨迹,保证对接连通.

Abstract:
The designed Mao No.13 salt well of Jintan salt-mine is a 1230m .long directional slant well, the vertical part of the well is 870m. It will abut to Xi No.12 salt well in No.12 salt bed 295m apart, the abutting joint will be at 1003m in depth, to use controlled directional drilling technique in operation. The designed well structure is trisected in operation and rationally equipped with drilling and angle building specific installation. Use tower type pendulum drill-assembly to prevent well deviation. On the basis of well strata condition and different construction stage, rationally select the bit pressure, rotating speed, pump volume, and different drilling fluid preparation. To ensure the abutment and connection, use high precision DST drilling inclinometer and calculating the well track by the minimum curvature method.
