| 摘 要： | 物理隔离是很多电子政务系统建设的先决条件,如何在物理隔离条件下建设基于数据库的信息应用系统是一个难题.把电子政务系统网络分成政务外网、摆渡网、政务内网,利用网络电子开关进行网络连接切换,利用信息摆渡系统进行政务内网、政务外网间数据的同步处理是解决物理隔离条件下数据库交互应用的一种有效的方法.从网络及系统架构、网络开关、对信息摆渡系统信息处理过程、与应用系统的配合以及安全措施等方面全面的对信息摆渡系统建设进行阐述.

| Abstract: | The division of the network of an E-government system into inner network, outer network and ferrying network by the network switch and the design of an information ferrying system to synchronize data between the inner and the outer bi-directionally is an effective measure. The information ferrying system is described around the network framework, the network switch, the process of the ferrying information, the cooperation with other information application and the safety measures. |
