摘    要:电网规划是一个具有多目标性、不确定性和多阶段性等特点的复杂系统优化问题。电网规划处理的对象具有时间和空间分布广阔的特点,这与地理信息系统所处理的数据对象特点相同。3维地理信息系统不仅能模拟3维场景,使规划工作过程直观,具有交互性,还能利用其空间分析功能,对目标单元进行剖析,得到的规划方案可靠合理。

Abstract:Multi-objective,uncertainty and multi-stage are characteristic of power grid planning to optimize the complex problems.Power grid planning processing objects have the wide range of distribution in terms of time and space which shares the features of objects of geographic information system.3D geographic information system can not only simulate 3D scene making the planning process intuitive and interactive,but also analyze its spatial function and the goal of unit to obtain the reliable planning program.
