摘    要:结合浙江省水情信息采集系统建设迅速发展的现状,采用B/S架构,运用当前先进的ArcIMS、XML、数据库、网络、时空可视化技术,设计并开发一个及时、准确、直观、功能齐全的实时水情信息发布与预警系统。系统实现了水雨情信息的查询、监视、发布与预警功能,直观地展现汛情形势,为全省各级政府防汛抗旱决策指挥提供科学、统一、可靠的信息平台,更好地发挥了水情信息在防汛决策指挥中的耳目和参谋作用。

Abstract:According to the current situation that the hydrologic data collecting system has rapidly developed in Zhejiang Province,a timely,accurate,visual and real time system,which can issue real time hydrologic information and forewarning,was designed and developed by using Browse/Server construction,and technology including ArcIMS,XMI,database,network and space-time visual.With the functions of inquiry,monitoring,issuing and forewarning,this system has provided a scientific,uniform and reliable platform for the governments at various levels in Zhejiang Province in flood control and drought relief decision making and commanding.
