摘    要:基于可持续发展理论研究的现状分析,从复合生态系统理论出发,具体阐述了可持续发展度的评价方法。从资源禀赋、资源利用效益、资源利用结构、资源外部依赖性和资源管理5个方面选取22项具体指标构建区域资源利用可持续发展度评价的指标体系系统,应用层次分析法从可持续发展水平、能力和协调度3个方面对区域资源利用可持续发展度进行定量评价。评价结果表明研究区域资源利用可持续发展水平较高,能力和协调度较低,整体可持续发展度较低。

Abstract:Based on analysis of the current study level on sustainable development theory and the compound ecosystem theory, the method for the degree of sustainable development was explained in details. Followed by the method, the index system of regional resource sustainable development degree was put forward from five aspects as regional resource endowment, regional resource use benefit, regional resource use structure, regional resource external reliance and resource management. At last, based on separate measurement for the level of sustainable development, potential of sustainable development and harmonious degree of sustainable development, the degree of regional resource use sustainable development is quantitatively evaluated with the application of the AHP evaluation method. The results indicate that the degree of study area resource use sustainable development was low.
