气象部门在气象高等教育中的角色定位探析

气象部门与气象行业高校分属人才供求关系两端，当前较多研究聚焦于气象行业高校对人才培养的改革与水平提升。然而，人才培养不单是高校一方的任务，气象部门不仅对气象行业高等教育负有引领和指导责任，同时也是气象行业高校重要的支持者与合作伙伴，更是全范围、全过程参与高校人才培养的实施者。文中对气象部门在气象高等教育中的角色进行了分析，提出其全面深度融入高校气象人才培养的建议，使高校人才培养能更好地满足当前及未来气象事业发展的需求。

Study on the role orientation of meteorological department in meteorological higher education

Meteorology featured departments and meteorological colleges and universities correspond to talent supply and demand respectively. Currently more researches focus on the reform and improvement of talent acquisition in meteorological colleges and universities. However, the task of meteorological talent acquistion should not merely be assigned to these higher education institutions. In fact, meteorological departments should act as the leader and instructor, important supporters and partners and implementer of talent training in the whole range and process as well. This paper analyzes the role of meteorological department that it should play in meteorological higher education, and puts forward some suggestions on how to comprehensively integrate the meteorological departments into the talent training of meteorological colleges and universities, so as to make the cultivation of talents meet the needs of the current and future meteorological development.
