| 摘 要： | 从雷暴的形成、发展规律和雷害的危害入手，总结雷电活动的特征，提出预防雷击的措施，从而更有效地预防雷电灾害，最大限度地减少因雷击事故造成人员伤亡和财产损失。

| Abstract: | This paper summarized the characteristics of thunder and lightning based on the forming,developed rules and harm of thunderstorm.It proposed prevention measures.Those measures are effective to prevent the harm of thunder and lightning and can reduce furthest the personnel casualty and property damage due to the lightning strike accident. |
