| Abstract: | This paper introduces the contents about engineering geological properties of soil mass presented in the 3rd National Conference of Engineering Geology, held in Chengdu, Sichuan, Dec. 1988. Based on this, the engineering geological properties of soil mass and their researching developments are described, in view of some kinds of soil distributed in China, or with specific characteristics. Such as loess, expansive soil, dispersive soil, red clay, marine clay, and fly-ash soil. |
