| 摘 要： | 卫星导航系统对覆盖区域的服务性能与导航星座设计密切相关,重点分析了导航星座性能指标中的连续覆盖特性和定位精度因子（PDOP）。在此基础上,对所设计的全球导航星座进行了性能仿真,并与国外导航星座进行了对比分析。最后,分析了降级情况下的星座性能,给出了增强系统可用性的改进方法。

| Abstract: | The quality of service of the Navigation Satellites System is partly depends on the design of navigation constellations.Based on the research of the coverage and positioning dilution of precision（PDOP） of the navigation constellations,the performance of the designed navigation constellation is simulated.Also,it is compared with the existing navigation constellations.Finally,the performance of the constellation under degraded states is analyzed,and the methods to increase the availability are proposed. |
