摘    要:分析了乌鲁木齐、达坂城、红雁池气象哨三站的大风资料知:红雁池与乌鲁木齐风速之间的线性关系较好,因此用乌鲁木齐气象站大风资料,订正红雁池气象哨大风序列。又根据风随高度变化的规律及极值I型分布函数,计算出红雁池气象哨10m、15m高度处不同重现期10min平均最大风速和瞬间极大风速,从而进一步推出工程区构筑物所能承受的设计风速。

Abstract:The wind data of three weather stations were analyzed in this paper.the correlations of wind speeds was better between Urumqi weather station and HongYanChi,therefore Hongyanchi wind data was extended using one of Urumqi.Based on both the law that wind varied with the height and the distributive function of Extrem type-I,ten minute average and instantaneous maximum wind speeds at both 10 meters and 15 meters were calculated at different return peringods and then the design wind speed which a building can bear were inferred.
