南京创意产业集聚区分布特征及空间效应研究

摘    要:
以南京为研究对象,通过对35个创意产业集聚区空间分布特征的分析,认为南京创意产业集聚区以改造产业类历史空间、依托创新源和沿景观资源等三种空间发展模式为主,创意产业集聚区的发展不仅加快了城市空间结构优化,而且通过城市空间景观塑造、城市历史环境重生和传统产业空间置换发挥着积极的空间效应。

In recent years, creative industries are developing as a new economic form with their increasingly significance on cities and regions and becoming one of the key agents of reconstruction of post-industrialized urban geographical landscape. In China, previous work on creative industry was mainly focused on the importance to develop cities but little on creative industry agglomeration areas.
