疏勒河流域的水资源与绿洲建设

本文讨论了疏勒河流域水资源合理利用与绿洲建设的关系。疏勒河流域地表径流主要形成于高山区。为了充分发挥有限的水资源潜力,应作出全面流域规划,采取地表水与地下水的联合利用,水资源就近开发利用,保护下游地区环境、加高党河水库、改造老绿洲、建设新绿洲、扩大林地,遵循开发顺序等可行措施,建设高效的人工绿洲生态环境。

Water Resources and Oasis Establishment in the Shulehe River Watershed

The relationship between water resources utilization and oasis establishment in the Shulehe River Watershed is discussed in this paper. Surface runoff of the watershed mainly originates from the high mountain region of the Qilian Nountain. In order to make full use of potential of water, the overall watershed planning should be made and feasible measures should be taken such as coordinatring use of surface runoff and ground water, developing and utilizing water near the users, protecting the environment of down stream,area, raising the dam of Danghe Resevoir, transforming old oases and establishing new oases, expanding the forest lands and following the procedures of land development etc. so as to create an ecosystem environment of high efficient arrtificial irrigation oases in the Shulehe River Watershed.
