| 摘 要： | 本文在引进生态工业园区基本概念与理念的基础上,介绍了生态工业园区的产生及其在世界各国的发展历程,然后以美国与荷兰生态工业园区的建设为例,介绍了生态工业园区成功运行所需要的因素,尤其是论证了生态工业园区建设中各利益方参与和信息收集的重要性,从而为我国生态工业园区的建设和发展提供了有益借鉴.

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the basic concept and the developing course of Eco-Industrial Park(EIP)throughout the world,then put forward some necessary factors for successfully operated EIP on the basis of the United States and the Netherlands,especially emphasize the importance of the related parts' participation and information collecting.From doing so,we may get some helpful experiences which can be applied to the establishment of EIP in China. |
