| 摘 要： | 针对当前土地利用规划管理工作中的问题,以MAPGIS地理信息系统与Oracle数据库管理系统为平台,提出了建设土地利用规划管理信息系统的总体思路和建设目标,探讨了实现规划管理工作自动化与信息化的技术路线方法,并对系统软件结构、数据库及功能模块等进行了设计开发.研究表明,利用土地利用规划管理信息系统实现了规划指标动态管理、规划调整及规划管理审批等工作的规范化、信息化管理,为规划的实时管理和动态实施提供更有效手段,规划管理工作效率大大提高. |
