摘    要:沸石是一种含水的碱和碱土金属的骨架状铝硅酸盐。由于沸石具有分子筛的作用,在应用中通常又将沸石称为分子筛。沸石作为催化剂、干燥剂、吸附剂和离子交换剂广泛地应用于工农业各个方面。天然沸石作为一种新型的矿物资源越来越为人们所重视。

Abstract:The zeolites under study were formed from hydrothermal alteratiop of volcanic glass and occurred in various altered pyro elastic rocks of Cretaceous age such as breccia, rhyolite, tuff and perlite. The ze lites are composed of both clinoptilolite and mordenite and are associated with quartz, feldspar, montmbrillonite, chalcedonite and volcanic glass. The clinoptilolite and morde lite usually coexist, but they may appear in the rocks as individual minerals.Alteration proceeded in several stages, and the zonal structure of ore can be observed under microscope.The clinoptilolite is identified mainly by using X-ray powder diffraction analysis and basing on its thermal behavior. It has a higher refractive index and relatively lower thermal stability as compared with the typical one. Probably this is due chiefly to the higher content of alkaline earth metil in the zeolite under investigation.The destruction of mordenite took place at about 750℃. The study on these minerals by DTA, TGA, IE was made and their cation exchange capacity, absorbability for methyl alcohol and anti-acid ability were also determined.
