对西部地区区域结构优化的思考

文章借助较新的“区域结构”理论的指导,立足于广大西部的发展现状与所处阶段,分析了西部地区产业结构中的不合理因素对区域结构优化的制约作用,以及对西部城市化进程的影响;并将产业结构与城市化进程结合起来进行辩证思考,得出西部区域结构优化的“瓶颈”在于产业结构中存在的两大内在矛盾这个结论。最后,着重从产业结构的同构化与产业发展的两极化两个矛盾入手,探讨优化区域结构的对策措施;发展特色经济、开展经济协作、城乡一体化发展。

The Thinking of Improving Regional Structure of West China

This article is based on the theory of regional structure and the actuality of West China. It analyzes the impact of industrial structure on economic development and urbanization in West China. After dialectical thought of combining the industrial structure and the urbanization, this article concludes that the barriers of improving regional structure of West China is two contradictions in industrial structure: nationalization and radicalization. Finally, this article brings out three measures to improve regional structure: development of specific economy, cooperation of districts, combination of urban and rural areas.
