湖南酒埠江湿地公园建设效益研究

对酒埠江湿地公园建设的预期效益进行了研究,结果表明:①湿地公园建成后,其潜在生态效益巨大,为32300.5万元/a,其中洪水调节和提供水源价值分别为14626.1万元/a和11480.0万元/a,占总体生态价值的45.3%和35.5%;②社会效益良好,为我国大型水库湿地生态系统的保护和恢复树立示范;③经济效益可观,湿地公园在经营期内总收入为66440.4万元,利润总额为16881.9万元,净利润为11310.9万元。

Benefit Analysis of jiubujiang Wetland Park in Hunan Province

The potential benefit of Jiubujiang wetland park was analyzed,following main results were found:1)the potential ecological benefit will be as large as RMB 323 million annually after the establishment of wetland park is completed,of which the value of flood regulation and water supply are RMB 146.261 million and 114.8 million annually,accounting for 45.3% and 35.5% of total ecological benefit respectively;2)good social benefit,the park provides a good example for protecting and restoring wetland ecosystem of large water reservoirs;3)economical benefit is considerable,the total income of the wetland park will be RMB 664.4 million during a management term,the total profit will be RMB 168.8 million,and the net profit will be 113.1 million.
