摘    要:利用PCI-2声发射系统对四川芙蓉白皎煤矿煤岩展开不同围压(0、8、16、25 MPa)的声发射试验研究,旨在揭示不同围压下煤岩破坏过程的振铃计数率、声发射时空分布、声发射b值及破坏煤岩的损伤特性变化规律,为有效预测煤岩破坏提供有利的理论依据。研究表明:声发射现象能够较好地反映煤岩内部裂纹的扩展情况,围压对煤岩破坏具有一定的抑制作用。随围压增大,振铃计数率平静期越长;单轴、三轴状态下振铃计数率高频段发生时段不同。单轴状态下声发射定位点均匀分布于煤岩内部,三轴状态下则集中分布于破坏截面。随围压增大,峰前声发射b值波动现象增强,可利用b值变化预测煤岩破坏。基于累计振铃计数、结合煤岩破坏应力建立煤岩损伤破坏模型,结合声发射振铃计数率、时空分布、b值及损伤变量可对煤岩有效破坏的前兆应力点进行预测。研究成果将为煤岩破坏的微震监测分析奠定基础。

Abstract:Using PCI-2 acoustic emission(AE) system, the AE experiments of different confining pressures (0, 8, 16, 5 MPa) were carried out in Baijiao coal mine in Furong, Sichuan Province, in order to reveal the change rule of ringing count rate, the temporal and spatial distribution of AE, b value of AE and damage characteristics of damaged coal-rock under different confining pressures, and to provide a theoretical basis for prediction of coal-rock damage. The results show that the AE phenomenon can reflect the crack propagation of coal-rock and the confining pressure can restrain the damage of coal-rock. With the increase of confining pressure, the calmer period of ringing count rate was longer. The frequency range of ringing count rate is different under single and triaxial condition. In the uniaxial state, the AE registration points are uniformly distributed in the coal-rock, while in the triaxial state, they are centrally distributed in the failure section. With the increase of confining pressure, the fluctuation of pre-peak AE value b increases, and the change of value b can be used to predict the failure of coal-rock. Based on the cumulative ringing count and the failure stress of coal-rock, the damage failure model of coal-rock was established, and the precursor stress point of effective failure of coal-rock could be predicted by combining the AE ringing count rate, spatial and temporal distribution, value b and damage variables. The results will lay a foundation for the monitoring and analysis of coal-rock damage.
