新型三维测绘地理信息产品集成建库研究技术

随着测绘技术手段的升级,各类新型三维测绘地理信息产品不断涌现。在推进智慧城市建设的当下,各行业对空间数据资源的应用趋于交叉和协同,对数据服务保障能力提出了更高的要求。本文分析了大规模三维数字城市模型数据内容的复杂性、海量性、精细程度不同等特点,研究提出了新型三维测绘地理信息产品集成建库的技术体系,包括空间格网划分、地理实体编码、数据库设计和数据更新发布机制等,并探讨了三维城市数据库在规划设计、方案审查和建筑运营管理等方面的应用支撑案例。

Research on Database Building of New 3D Mapping Geographic Information Products

With the upgrading of surveying and mapping technology, various types of new 3D mapping geographic information products continue to emerge. In promoting the construction of a smart city, the application of spatial data resources in many industries tends tointersec and collaborte, and the requirements of data service supportting capacity are getting higher. This paper assesses the characteristics of large scale 3D digital city model, such as the complexity, mass and the fine degree. Then a new technology system for the integration of 3D mapping geographic information products is presented, which includes spatial grid partition, geographic entity coding, database design and data update and release mechanism. Finally, the application of 3D city database in planning, design, project review and construction management are discussed.
