信息化测绘业务管理系统设计与建设探讨

在对测绘地理信息部门业务管理流程梳理及信息化现状分析的基础上进行了面向"国家局—直属单位/地方测绘主管部门—下属生产单位"的多级业务管理系统架构设计,并通过多部门业务协同管理快速搭建技术、跨网络的信息交换与系统集成技术、基于空间数据的图表结合测绘业务管理等关键技术的突破,建设了信息化测绘业务管理系统,实现了测绘项目管理业务的多级联动及管理信息的互联互通,在一定程度上提升了测绘业务管理信息化水平。

Discussion on Design and Construction of Surveying and Mapping Business Management Information System

This paper studies the business management process and the current situation of surveying and mapping geographic information departments. Based on this, the architecture of multilevel business management system is designed. It breaks through the key technologies of multidepartment business collaborative management, such as rapid construction technology, cross network information exchange and system integration technology, based on spatial datacharts integration to construct a surveying and mapping service management system. The management business multi-level linkage and the management information interconnection are realized, to promote the surveying and mapping service management informationization level.
