| 摘 要： | 铁路工程作为重要交通基础设施,一旦建成改建十分困难。本文旨在通过对铁路工程项目建设全过程决策指导方针、设计原则、施工实施方案等的剖析,研究如何通过在铁路工程建设中贯彻科学发展观思想,以最低的投资成本取得最大的经济效益、社会效益和环境效益。

| Abstract: | As an important transportation infrastructure,railway engineering once completed,modification isvery difficult.This paper aims to analyze the whole process of project decision-making guidelines,design principles,construction plan,study how to implement the scientific outlook on development in railway construction,thus toachieve maximum economic benefits,social benefits and environmental benefits at the lowest cost. |
