| Abstract: | The water amount per person and per ha. in Shandong Peninsula is much lower than national average level. Moreover,the spatial and temporal distribution of water resources is not coordinated awfully. In recent years,there is a sharpening contradiction between water supply and demand because of 13-year successive drought and rising demand of water. To alleviate water-short conditions,we must launch a campaign for water reduc-tion vigorously and utilize water resources fully and rationally. |
