| 摘 要： | 国土资源工作是一项技术密集、任务繁杂且政策性很强的事业。土地、矿产等资源基础信息和资源利用情况、变化趋势动态数据的收集、技术处理和预测分析 ,是实施国土资源规划、管理、保护与合理利用职能的客观依据。没有国土资源的信息化 ,就不可能有国土资源管理的现代化和科学化。为了更好地履行国土资源管理部门对土地资源、矿产资源、地质环境等资源的规划、管理、保护与合理利用的政府管理职能 ,实现国土资源管理现代化 ,提高国土资源行政管理水平 ,就必须实现国土资源信息化。

| Abstract: | Land resources management is a technology intensive, complicat and policy related undertaking. The data collection, technical processing and prediction and analysis of the utilization and changing trend of basic information including land and mines are the objective basis for planning, management, protecting and rational use of land resources. If there is no land resources informationization, there would be no modernization and scientification of land resources management. In order to further do well in land resources management to realize the modernization of land resources management, we must implement the informationization of land resources. |
