汶川地震次生灾害的成因、成灾与治理

摘    要:四川5.12汶川地震震级高,强度大,造成人民生命财产的损失巨大。地震次生灾害特别严重,频繁发生,以坡面地质灾害如崩塌、滑坡、泥石流和地面地质灾害如地裂缝、地面塌陷、道路滑塌以及堰塞湖和社会灾祸最为常见。这些次生灾害以活动断裂为地质构造基础;地表大量松散固体物质为物质来源;强烈频繁的余震、坡面流水和沟谷洪流为动力条件,暴雨、洪水、持续的高温为诱发和触发因素。暴雨、洪水、高温是次生灾害主要的致灾因子,由此形成了三个系列的灾害链,造成人员伤亡和生态环境恶化,影响更加深远。对汶川地震次生灾害的防治要加强监测与动态分析,及时排除堰塞湖险情,严防传染病的蔓延。当前防治应以工程措施为主,植树种草,进行生态修复是进行远期治理的根本措施。
