| 摘 要： | 桦甸市矿产资源丰富,矿产资源的开发利用已成为全市经济可持续发展的重要支柱,但多年来矿产资源利用方式粗放,资源利用率较低,并存在资源浪费和矿山生态环境失衡的现象。为使桦甸市矿产资源得到合理开发利用,促进矿产资源勘查、开采与生态建设、环境保护协调发展,必须对矿产资源勘查和开采实行统一规划。

| Abstract: | The mineral resources are abundant in Huadian City.The exploitation and ultilizing are the important supports for the continuative development of the economy.The mineral resources ultizing mode is coarse for many years,the ultizing rate of the mineral resources is rather low,the phenolmena of the mineral resources waste and the unbalance of the mine environment are exsiting.In order to ultizing the mineral resources and reasonably promote the development of the mineral resources exploration,it must carry out the unification layout for the mineral resources exploration and exploitation. |
