| Abstract: | In this paper, based on the regional definition of western China and its characteristic description, a historical review of the development of western China is made, the historical background, actual basis and advantageous and restrictive conditions for the development of western China are analyzed, and the development strategy, policy and measures for the development of western China are also put forward. |
