摘    要:城市社区抗震能力评价是进行城市抗震防灾规划的重要方面,但社区抗震能力强弱是一个模糊概念,它不仅与社区的建筑物的抗震能力有关,而且与社区的空间因素(如人口分布情况和建筑物分布情况)有关。为了科学度量该模糊量,本研究选用破坏度、建筑密度和人口密度作为评价指标构建了模糊综合评价模型,并将其嵌入ArcGIS9.0平台,开发了城市社区抗震能力评价系统,实现了快速评价和评价结果的可视化,提高了决策的效能,为开展城市抗震防灾规划提供了新思路。

Abstract:It is an important aspect to evaluate seismic resistance capacity of urban communities for urban seismic resistance and hazardous prevention planning.However,seismic resistance capacity of urban communities is a fuzzy concept,it is concerned not only with the seismic resistance capacity of buildings in the community,but also with the spatial factors(such as the distributing situation of the population and buildings).In order to measure this fuzzy factor scientifically,a fuzzy synthetic evaluation model is established by using destruction percentage,building density and population density as evaluating indexes.Then,an evaluating system of the seismic resistance capacity of urban communities is developed by embedding the above model on the ArcGIS9.0 platform.The system can conduct fast evaluations,realize the evaluating result visualization and thus enhance the decision-making effectiveness.This study presents a new way for the urban seismic resistance and hazardous prevention planning.
