从化市PREE协调发展的初步研究

世纪之交来临之际,人类社会的发展模式已倾向于可持续发展,区域可持续发展面临的问题是如何使ＰＲＥＥ系统中各子系统协调发展。为了使区域可持续发展具有可操作性,量化是关键。文中从从化市区域ＰＲＥＥ系统分析入手,借助于协调度对从化市区域可持续发展进行的协调判识和评估。

A TENTATIVE STUDY ON THE COORDINATED GROWTH OF PREE IN CHONGHUA, GUANGDONG

At the tuming point of century, the model of regional development trends to be a sustainable one. Regional sustainable development actually is about how to deal with the relationship among population, resources, environment, economy. fo the study on reional PREE System is very necessary. According to the statistics data in "the Eighth Five-year Plan" of Chonghua, four main elements of the PREE System is described and some important figures are derived. Based on the concept of harmoniousness, the criterion of the coordinated growth condition of PREE System in Chonghua is established, and a simplified result is worked out. Some ideas are proposed according to the calculation: 1) to promote the environment quality'; 2) to control the growth of population and actively develop science and education; 3) to increase the regional economy; 4) to make use of the resources properly.
