| Abstract: | The main cause for the sea wall break is the unsteady sea wall foundation resulting from the sea wall foot hollowing, and the sea wall break occurred mainly in the storm surge period. The bathymetric survey is a reliable method for finding the sea wall hollowing. In this paper, the monitoring methods and engineering protective measures for the sea wall hollowing in the Yellow River delta area are introduced. |
