流动注射技术在土壤压出液系统分析中的应用研究

摘    要:本文将流动注射分析用于土壤压出液中电导率、pH值、K~+、Na~+、Ca~(2+)、Mg~(2+)、HCO_3~-、Cl~-和SO_4~(2-)含量的连续测定。样品用量仅2—5ml,分析速度快,精密、准确,自动化程度较高。对合成样品分析的结果符合计算值,是少量样品多组份分析的有效方法。

Abstract:A scheme for the analysis of squeezed water from soil by flow injection analysis has been planned out. The amount of samples needed for analysis was only 2-5ml for the determination of conductivity, pH value, K+, Na+, Ca2+, Mg2+, HCO8-, Cl-, and SO42-. The suggested methods were time saving and highly reproducible. Data obtained by using these methods were in good agreements with the calculated values of the synthetic sample.
