摘    要:遥感图像判读与应用技术对深刻认知环境和辅助决策具有重要的意义.文中介绍了遥感图像判读训练与应用系统的设计思想和主要功能,对各部分涉及的关键技术进行了分析与研究.系统由影像管理、判读训练、地形快速修测和实时态势标绘四部分组成,实现了影像数据库管理,遥感图像与地图对照以及屏幕立体观察,地图与图像坐标系匹配的地形快速修测和实时态势标绘的操作等功能.

Abstract:With wider use of remote sensing detection, the interpretation training and application of the remote sensing image has been a new skill that people must hold, and that will be meaningful for deeply recognition of environment and aid-deeision. This paper mainly introduces the design and the basic function of the remote sensing image interpretation training and the application system, and then analyzes and researches into the key technique of each parts. The system is composed of four parts, including management of image database, image interpretation training, fast modification of terrain and real-time mark on the map, which can meet the requirements of different users. The system realizes the management of image database, provides the function of comparison of map and image as well as stereo-view on the CRT screen. The people can do well in fast modification of terrain and real-time mark based on image coordinate system and maps.
