标准地址共享服务平台的设计与实现

在对标准地址库系统进行设计的基础上,详细阐述了标准地址共享服务平台——＂一库三平台＂的系统设计思路。建立了杭州市标准地址共享服务平台,即＂一库三平台＂,具体为：一个数据库——标准地址库,三个服务平台——标准地址云服务平台、标准地址监控管理平台、标准地址应用服务平台;该系统为杭州市各级政府各业务部门地理信息应用提供了统一的标准基础信息数据和标准地址库服务;同时,利用地址匹配与业务关联采集技术,实现业务信息资源与标准地址库的有机关联,实现了业务信息数据海量存储与应用,为政府及社会公众在工作和生活中提供翔实的检索、定位信息和云平台服务。

Design and Implement ation of Rul e-Based Public Service Plta form of Standard Address

On the basis of designing standard address database,and address coding theory,this paper particularly proposed an approach in building Hangzhou srandard address library for public service platform,which can unify the address data in various business systems,and improve efficiency and accuracy of keeping business data automatically spatial- associated. The effectiveness of this public service platform of standard address was verified by practical use in Hangzhou police bureau.
