| 摘 要： | 海水资源开发利用包括从海水中直接提取淡水(海水谈化)、直接利用海水作为工业冷却用水、生产工艺用水和城市大生活用水(海水直接利用)、从海水中提取化学元素、生产人类需要的化学品(海水化学资源开发)。总结了在海水资源利用方面国际发展的现状以及中国在该领域的技术现状和产业化水平。认为开发利用海水资源是解决沿海城市缺水的必由之路，是增加和替代淡水资源的有效途径。

| Abstract: | Development and utilization of seawater resources include direct extraction of fresh water from seawater (seawater desalination), direct usage of seawater for industrial cooling purpose, the production of water for industry and city living (direct utilization of seawater), extracting chemical elements from seawater and producing chemical products (seawater chemical resources exploiting). This article summarizes the present situation of international progress and China's technical and industrial level in the utilization of seawater resources. The authors suggest that the utilization of seawater resources is essential to resolve water shortage in China's coastal provinces and cities and an effective way to increase freshwater resources. |
