| Abstract: | According to the ideas of "the Three Representatives", the socialist constitution should represent the developing demand of advanced productivity, the Chinese Communist Party always represent the thoughts of development of advanced and social productivity in China. The author takes the development of the Chinese constitution, for example and explains when it represents the developing demand of advanced productivity, and when it can developing healthily. |
