燕山渤海地震带两端地震活动的特征

研究了燕山渤海地震带两端京西北及晋冀蒙交界地区和渤海海峡及邻区的地震活动特征，得出它们具有：同期活跃、间歇发震、强弱交替、西北早和东南晚的特点。分析认为，渤海海峡及邻区在２０００年前后存在发生５～６级中强地震的可能性。

The Characteristics of Seismicity in Both Ends of Yanshan-Bohai Seismic Zone

Seismicity characteristics in both ends of Yanshan-Bohai seismic zone, i.e. in the juncture of northwest Beijing and Shanxi-Hebei-Inner Mongolia and in the Bohai Strait and its adjacent region are studied and it is found that seismicity in the both ends appeared in same period and intermittence and alternated between strong and weak activities and the earthquakes in the northwest end occurred earlier than the earthquakes in the southeast end. It is thought from analysis that there is a possibility of moderate and strong earthquakes with M5-6 in the Bohai Strait and its adjacent region round about 2000.
