水力反循环连续取芯钻机动力头的设计

摘    要:为了满足水力反循环连续取芯钻进工况的要求,重新设计制造了动力头。动力头采用双速交流电机驱动,与齿轮变速箱配合,能够获得4种转速和较大的调速范围,不仅满足了不同材料钻头的钻进转速要求,而且整个系统结构简单、成本低;动力头主轴采用空心双壁式结构,将水笼头与动力头合为一体,使系统结构更加紧凑。通过钻进试验,动力头运转正常,能够满足水力反循环连续取芯钻进的需要。

Abstract:In order to meet the needs of hydraulic reversecirculation continuous core drilling,the power head has been redesigned.The power head is driven by the twospeed alternating current motor.Matching with the gear case,four kinds of rotary speeds and wider speesd range could be obtained,so it can not only satisfy the speed requirement of bits made by different materials,but also has the properties such as simpler structure and lower cost.The hollow dualwall pipe is used in the spindle of the power head and the water swivel is combined with the power head,so the system is more compact,Through drilling tests,the power head words well and suits the hydraulic reversecirculation continuous core drilling.
