当地居民对塔里木河下游应急输水响应分析

 通过问卷调查方法了解当地居民对塔里木河下游应急输水的响应。调查结果表明:90%以上的被调查者认为生态输水与自己、当地经济和生态环境息息相关,希望继续输水的人数比例达到82%以上； 90%以上的被调查者赞同生态输水带来了明显的经济利益。至少76%的家庭收入在输水后得到不同程度的增加。当地居民对输水后生态环境变化感知的明显程度与输水的持续时间相吻合；90%以上的当地居民对生态输水的效益给予高度的肯定和期望, 97%左右的被调查者有强烈愿望实现长期输水。问卷调查的民意结果说明塔里木河下游居民的环境意识增强了,体现出塔里木河下游应急输水的明显社会效益。

Local Resident''''s Response to Ecological Water Re-inflowing into Lower Reaches of Tarim River

The questionnaire to local resident's response on the ecological water re-inflowing into the lower reaches of Tarim River has showed the following results.The above 90% of the interviewees considered that water re-inflowing has close relation with themselves and has favorable impact on their income,local economy and eco-environment;the 82% hoped continual ecological water inflowing in the future;more than 76% of families' income increased after water re-inflowing.As for the response degree of the local residents to environmental change,almost 97% of residents will pay money or labor to support continual water re-flowing.The investigation results indicate that the local resident's consciousness on ecological and environmental protection has been strengthened and the social benefit of ecological water re-inflowing are obvious in the lower reaches of Tarim river.
